Artist series: "Enjoy the Machines"
Limited to only 100 copies, the Sakew x Moustache balance bike is a limited edition, signed, numbered, and co-produced with the Vosges artist Sakew.
Introduction to Loïck Gravier aka Sakew.
After studying sociology, Loïck decided to commit full-time to artistic creation, and more specifically painting.
From childhood, he was passionate about animals, the world of mechanics, and drawing, especially the "Manga" universe. It was in 2011 that he began to take an interest in Graffiti. He immediately experimented with the possibilities offered by spray paint. In 2013, Loïck definitively adopted the pseudonym Sakew.
He works on both personal projects and within the La Plomberie collective in Épinal. The artist has already collaborated as a duo with Vince for our project Friday Bosch 10th anniversary.
When science fiction meets art
Self-taught, it is thanks to his surroundings and his passions that Sakew creates a universe inspired notably by science fiction and the urban world, the image of the city, its perimeter, its enclosure…
Drawing as an expression of childhood dreams
The original drawings for this balance bike are a nod to the fertile imagination of children. A universe born under the strokes of a pencil (or wood pencil, graphite pencil, grey pencil… whatever you prefer!), in which everyday objects come to life and tell their own stories. This bike speaks to the child in all of us :-{D
Enjoy the Machines: a series limited to 100 copies
To finalize this unique balance bike model available for the holiday season, Sakew applied the final touch with a brush, signing and numbering each of the 100 models.
