E-Team Moustache Bikes

Four riders with the same goal: to give their best for the end of the 2020 season!

Composed of Olivier Giordanengo, Jérôme Gilloux, Kenny Muller, and Diego Giordanengo, the E-Team Moustache Bikes will give their maximum to shine in the national and international events at the end of the season, riding their Trail and Game bikes!

Team Presentation

After an emotion-filled 2019 season, and despite a 2020 calendar disrupted by the Covid context and numerous cancelled or postponed events, this end of season promises to be intense and full of twists!

Even though they are born competitors, their attitude both on and off the bike, always remaining approachable and available, allows Olivier, Kenny, Jérôme and Diego to convey a positive image of their sport.

Their values, their passion for e-MTB, and their professionalism make these 4 riders true ambassadors for the brand and also for e-MTB in a broader sense, and we are therefore proud to be the E-Team's main partner!

Olivier GIORDANENGO

Team manager with extraordinary experience in electric cycling, as he was one of the pioneers to compete in the first e-MTB races, Olivier not only has excellent riding skills but also the necessary perspective that brings professionalism to the team. Co-manager of the La Roue Libre store in Nice, he knows how to highlight his team in the events he participates in and pays attention to details, while remaining available to answer any questions from amateurs or people present at competitions. Olivier doesn't just ride; he also organizes e-MTB events, notably an event that became legendary from its very first edition, the Electro Portes du Mercantour.

Jérôme GILLOUX

Only 26 years old, Jérôme Gilloux caused a sensation in 2019! While little known to the general public, he achieved the feat of winning the French e-MTB XC Championships ahead of Julien Absalon and finishing Vice-World Champion of e-MTB XC. He also had the luxury of winning the French e-MTB Enduro Cup. Jérôme is a 100% e-MTB rider who only rides electric. He is a lover of this sport, probably the first of a species destined to develop in the coming years, a species composed of young people who get into mountain biking through electric bikes, who seek the playful, technical, but also physical aspects that e-MTB represents, and all this without necessarily going through the 'muscle bike' stage.

Kenny MULLER

Kenny is the third man on the team, and it will be his third year riding a Moustache ;- {D A man convinced by e-MTB, who loves challenging and technical courses. He is also a rider with enormous physical strength and an iron will that nothing stops. The more demanding the terrain, the more at ease he is! A sports teacher in life, Kenny has a talent for uniting, sharing, and transmitting his overflowing enthusiasm for e-MTB by interacting with riders at the events he participates in.

Diego Giordanengo

While Olivier plays a more coordinating role in managing the Team, he also manages to dedicate time to training a young recruit… The team indeed had the pleasure of welcoming a new 18-year-old rider to ensure the Team's succession for the upcoming seasons: Diego Giordanengo.

Diego works at La Roue Libre Cagnes as a bicycle technician and already has an impressive e-MTB track record (1st overall in the Trophée de Provence, 2nd overall in the Mondraker Enduro Tour, 6th in the Electro-Portes du Mercantour, 4th in the Coupe de France in Loudenvielle).

EQUIPMENT FOR THE 2020 SEASON

To participate in the various events of the season, riders can rely on the Moustache Bikes e-MTB range.

A dynamic bike with 150mm of travel, the Trail perfectly matches the XC format in which Jérôme Gilloux competes. The rest of the time, riders use 160mm Samedi 29 Game bikes, adapted for the most demanding Enduro events.
