We are issuing a voluntary recall for certain carbon forks used in the Friday 28, Dimanche 28, and Dimanche 29 models due to a potential safety risk. Under specific conditions, these forks may be prone to cracking or breaking following an impact.

Where can I find the serial number for my Friday 28, Dimanche 28, and Dimanche 29?

The serial number of your bike can be found on the frame, either:
(1) under the down tube near the head tube
(2) on the back of the seat tube between the motor and the rear wheel.
This number is also listed on your purchase invoice. It begins with the letter H, followed by a series of numbers and letters.
