However, it is possible to obtain a number of options or modifications to your bike's equipment directly in store.

What is a QL3.1 mount?

QL3.1 mounts consist of three supports designed according to the attachment standards. They are positioned on the sides of all Moustache pannier racks to allow for carrying a larger volume of luggage.

Attaching your pannier to the QL3.1 mounts

With the QL3.1 system, panniers attach from the top and fit together thanks to the rails located at the back. All you have to do is easily slide the mounts into the rails to securely fasten your pannier.

An even faster system!

The new QL3.1 quick-locking system makes attaching and detaching even easier. In this version, the mounts are the same, but the rails at the back of the panniers are different. You now only need a quick lateral movement to install or remove it in one second.

It's also possible to attach other accessories (including from other brands) directly to the QL3.1 mounts, as well as to the 12mm side bar of our pannier racks using universal hooks.

For example, they are present on the Moustache Bikes backpack available with the 17L Backpack – CLARK – Moustache Bikes.

For a better attachment, it is recommended to remove the QL3 mounts before positioning the hooks.

Luggage

All our Moustache pannier racks are approved for up to 27 kg, except for the tandem and Samedi 28.1 pannier racks which are approved for 25 kg.

Our Moustache by Ortlieb pannier bag, available from Moustache dealers, is compatible with all our pannier racks. Other brands and models are also compatible with our bikes; feel free to consult your Moustache dealer for personalized advice.

Pannier racks / Mudguards

In our range, there are mudguard and pannier rack kits compatible with some of our unequipped models: Dimanche 28 and Dimanche 29 Gravel, Samedi 27 OFF2.

Child carrier / child seat

We recommend using approved seat models that attach to the pannier rack.

Our platform pannier racks are approved for up to 25kg and can accommodate various child seat models, such as those from brands like Hamax, Thule, Polisport, Urban Iki.

Our bikes (except our tandem and Samedi 28.1) are equipped with a MIK HD pannier rack approved for up to 27 kg, making it compatible with the new generation of ultra-practical MIK child carriers like the Urban Iki and Polisport models.

Bike rack

We recommend using bike rack systems that attach to the vehicle's tow bar, as they are compatible with e-bikes (due to weight). Several models are notably offered by the Thule brand, renowned for the reliability of its equipment.

Our bikes with PowerTube batteries integrated inside the frame are usually compatible with bike racks whose fastening arms pivot to attach to the seat post, for example.

Trailer

To attach a trailer to the rear wheel of your bike, you often need to know the axle system, dimensions, and threading of the wheel axle to order compatible parts.

Trailers are strictly forbidden on Speed bikes. It is also forbidden to use trailers for Category 3 and 4 types of use (see page 8 of the manual) on Moustache bikes. Please note that Moustache Bikes disclaims all responsibility or warranty in case of trailer use. Indeed, there are multiple fastening systems for these accessories, each with specific technical characteristics that can weaken the bike's structure.

...and on a Moustache handlebar?

In fact, there are basket adapters specially designed for our Moustache handlebars (on Lundi 26 or 27, and on Samedi 28). These specific adapters allow you to attach most standard accessories to your handlebar.

For this, we invite you to contact your authorized Moustache dealer to find out the price and order the necessary part for your bike.

The warranty is limited to 5 years for the frame and 2 years for the components of the bicycle, as well as the Bosch motor system, from the date of purchase.

For any warranty claim, please visit your authorized Moustache dealer with your purchase invoice. The dealer will perform an initial diagnosis and contact us if necessary. Normal wear and tear of certain parts (known as wear parts) is not covered by the warranty.

– Braking components (pads, discs).

– Tires, inner tubes, rim strips.

– Cables and housings.

– Drive train components (chain, chainring, cassette, derailleur pulleys, chain guide).

– Headset bearing.

– Grips

What are the application conditions?

Your bike must be registered in the virtual garage on the Moustache Bikes website.

Labor and transport costs are not covered by Moustache.

Damages resulting from normal use (excluding competition and transport) are not covered.
