What are Moustache's warranty conditions?

The warranty is limited to 5 years for the frame and 2 years for the bicycle components as well as the Bosch motor system, effective from the date of purchase.

For any warranty claim, please visit your authorized Moustache dealer with your purchase invoice. The dealer will perform an initial diagnosis and contact us if necessary. Normal wear and tear of certain parts (known as wear parts) is not covered by the warranty.

List of different wear parts:

• Braking elements (pads, discs).
• Tires, inner tubes, rim tapes.
• Cables and housing.
• Drivetrain components (chain, chainring, cassette, derailleur pulleys, chain guide).
• Headset bearing.
