"To leave the car in the garage..."
These were our first words, the beginning of the story of a small company that firmly believes in electric bikes and the opportunity they represent to develop bike usage.
All this, thanks to you! And thanks to this magical tool that is the e-bike! We indeed believe it is the perfect tool to leave the car in the garage. Whether for urban use, for a ride or in a more sporty form. An opening bike par excellence, opening up to new practices, opening up to new horizons, opening up to new users, the field of possibilities is almost limitless.
At Moustache, we work to make cycling simpler and more joyful, so that everyone, trained or not, young and old, can ride, with a smile on their face, alone or with family, with friends, in the city, in the countryside, off-road, further, longer, having fun discovering the world. The desire to put the user at the center of our concerns, to offer unique, rewarding bikes, combining design, comfort and ergonomics drives us every day.
Our initial range included 7 models. The one you will discover in the following pages includes nearly 70 bikes that we have developed with care, with passion, with conviction! 70 possibilities to have fun!

Our handlebars are innovative and can be considered a contemporary reinterpretation of the famous moustache handlebar. Every moustache is unique, every moustache is recognizable, every moustache possesses a strong identity.
Our bikes too!
Moustache is the strong conviction that electric bikes represent an incredible opportunity for the development of bicycle use! We believe it is the perfect tool to leave the car in the garage. Whether for urban use, for a ride or in a more sporty form, a quality e-bike is a source of pleasure!
It's a certain vision of the electric bicycle. A different, contemporary, qualitative and innovative vision. It's the desire to put the user at the center of our concerns, the desire to offer unique, rewarding bikes, combining design, comfort and ergonomics.
Moustache is also a balance bike for learning. It is our only non-electric bike, but we consider it one of the most important in our range: it is the bike of beginnings, the one that inspires desire and generates passion!
Moustache is therefore a structured range of several families covering all uses: urban, all-road, road, gravel, mountain bike, children. So that everyone has a good reason to wear the Moustache!
Why are our bikes named after days of the week?
Since Moustache was founded, our desire has always been to offer bikes to leave the car in the garage, every day. Thus, naming our bikes after days of the week was obvious. For us, each day corresponds to a specific cycling practice, and therefore a Moustache bike.
MONDAY
Monday marks the beginning of the week: going to work, going out in the city, doing your shopping. For daily urban commutes, the Lundi 20 and Lundi 27 are perfect! The first bike designed by Moustache, the Lundi 27 combines comfort, practicality, and originality. Its unique, iconic, and timeless style shines equally in its 2012 and 2022 versions.
TUESDAY
The Mardi 27, the ideal city bike to enhance your daily life! Designed to tackle all urban terrains, even cobblestones, it transforms your journeys into a real pleasure. Thanks to its integrated gear hubs, forget transmission hassles and enjoy a bike that is as practical as it is high-performing.
WEDNESDAY
Wednesday is children's day, so we dedicated a special bike to them: the Mercredi 12 balance bike, which is the only non-electric bike at Moustache. It's the bike of beginnings, the one that generates passion. There's no age to wear the Moustache ;-{D
FRIDAY
Who hasn't dreamed of being able to shorten distances and control time to go both further and faster? That's the whole spirit of the Friday 27 FS Speed! The Friday 27 FS Speed will make you a commuter who is always on time, moving with style, comfort, and safety. Designed to be both urban and fun for commuting, but also sporty and high-performing to fully enjoy rides!
SATURDAY
Saturday rhymes with freedom and leisure! It's the ideal time to escape: to the forest for mountain biking or on more accessible terrains to explore new horizons. No matter how you enjoy this day, Saturday is lived to the fullest, on all terrains.
SUNDAY
Who doesn't know the famous Sunday cyclists, those who brave the roads and get overtaken on the steepest climbs? Sunday is perfect for road or Gravel: climbing passes, devouring asphalt, pushing your limits, challenging yourself with friends… The ultimate pleasure is riding the Dimanche 29!
And then you might wonder what the numbers 12, 20, 26, 27, 28, 29 correspond to?
All these numbers correspond to the wheel sizes mounted on our bikes. Thus the Lundi 27 is equipped with 27″ wheels or the Samedi 28 with 28″ wheels.
Then, the numbers at the end of the products within the same family correspond to the finish. The higher you go in finishes, the higher you go in terms of equipment range.
Example with the Lundi 27: Lundi 27.1, Lundi 27.3 and Lundi 27.5.

Since our creation in 2011, we have been based in the Vosges, the land of our childhood, our families, our values. We deeply believe that the strength of a company is above all based on the men and women who bring it to life every day.
“ Our meeting was the true starting point of this story. We are two Vosges natives passionate about cycling and crazy enough to embark on such an adventure! Our profiles are complementary: one is obsessed with developing new bikes, while the other made his mark in international commercial development. We have a clear and aligned vision: electric bikes will be the future because they represent an incredible opportunity to get more people in the saddle! From a small apartment deep in the Vosges, we worked tirelessly to build the first bike prototypes, push open the doors of bike shops, convince our partners… After this start with two, we now have nearly 200 employees and that is our greatest pride.”

Repatriating expertise
At Moustache Bikes, our ambition remains the same: to bring ever more expertise into our workshops to guarantee the quality and expertise of every bike that leaves our production lines. We have taken strong initiatives to master the entire process, from sourcing and pre-assembly of frames to the complete assembly of bikes.
Thanks to these improvements, each operator now assembles a bike in its entirety, guaranteeing optimal quality and asserting the unique character of each model. This organization also offers better working conditions, limiting repetitive movements thanks to optimized ergonomics. We have also created a new production line equipped with an automated overhead conveyor, allowing us to considerably reduce assembly time, from 25 to 6 minutes, while improving our quality standards.
Our strength? Incredible flexibility. We are able to produce both on demand, in quantity, but above all to the level of requirement we set for ourselves. This strategic choice also allows us to assemble a growing number of frames in our workshops, with significant progress in recent years: +11% in 2020, +46% in 2024, and even more this year! By integrating more assembly in the Vosges, we optimize our supply chain, reduce transport costs and gain flexibility to adapt our products throughout the year.
And this is just the beginning! We continue to build unique expertise and innovate to meet our customers' expectations and address tomorrow's challenges.
