Advice on the range
How to choose your size?
For an optimal cycling experience, choosing the right size is the first step. Rest assured! At Moustache, we understand the importance of comfort when cycling. That's why, to meet the needs of every body type, our models are available in 4 different sizes: S, M, L, and XL.
On each product page, in the “geometry” section, you will find Moustache's recommended sizes for the specific model. This information helps you make an informed decision based on your body type and riding preferences.
What if I'm between two sizes?
If you find yourself between two sizes and have doubts, the first thing that will guide you towards one model or the other will be your inseam and your preferences. To be sure of your choice, do not hesitate to contact an authorized Moustache dealer.
Our partners are trained to offer you personalized advice based on your size, bike configuration, and individual preferences!
What is a bicycle's GVWR and why is it important?
The GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) corresponds to the maximum weight your bicycle can support, including the rider and luggage. This value is essential because it ensures your safety on the road while preserving the performance, proper functioning, and longevity of the components.
At Moustache, we design each model with a specific, rigorously tested GVWR. Exceeding this limit can lead to premature wear, malfunctions, or unstable bike behavior. For this reason, any damage resulting from non-compliance with the GVWR might not be covered by the warranty.
Find below the recommended GVWR values for each of our models.
How are Moustache bikes made?
Since our brand launched in 2011, all our Moustache bikes have been designed, drawn, tested, and assembled in-house here in the Vosges. And it's not just a marketing claim; our bikes are created by cyclists for cyclists of all profiles, and that's immediately felt when you ride our bikes.
However, not all parts and components that make up our bikes are produced in our factory, and we must rely on specialized suppliers for the various components. This is notably the case for our hydroformed aluminum frames, the centerpiece of our bikes whose quality is essential, which have been manufactured for us in Taiwan by our historical partner for 10 years.
We thus receive our frames and the various components from our suppliers (such as Bosch motors from Germany, Brooks saddles from England, Supernova lights from Germany, etc.) in the Vosges, and then the final assembly of each bike is carried out by a single assembler here. Each year, we train new employees on our production lines and have already created dozens of jobs in a few years, which is one of our greatest prides.
We aspire to bring even more activity and added value locally to our factory in Thaon-Les-Vosges, which is why we are developing new specific production lines for the manufacture of parts such as wheels, for example.
Which Moustache electric bike model to choose?
For a thorough and detailed search, we believe that nothing beats personalized advice and an attentive ear when looking for the bike of your dreams. We recommend visiting one of our authorized Moustache dealers who will be able to guide you best on the different bikes in our range.
And who knows, you might also be able to test one of the available bikes to make up your own mind ;-{D
To do this, simply indicate here your city to locate the nearest authorized dealers.

What are the advantages of the digital ownership certificate?
Are you wondering how to protect your precious bike and ensure its traceability throughout its life? The digital ownership certificate is the ideal solution for you! Recorded on a blockchain, this unique certificate allows you to track the complete history of your bike, including ownership transfers.
Why activate the digital ownership certificate?
Extend my warranty to 10 years: Enjoy unparalleled peace of mind with a 10-year warranty on the frame. Imagine riding worry-free, knowing that your frame is protected for a whole decade!
Increase the chances of recovery in case of theft or loss: A lost or stolen bike can be quickly returned thanks to the QR code on the label of the Moustache Code which allows anyone to send you an anonymous message to help you recover your bike.
How to activate your digital ownership certificate?
In France:
Your store will register your bike on the national file. Then, your bike will automatically appear in your virtual garage as soon as you log in. Please note, for this to work, you must log in at least once using the same email address as the one provided to the store during registration.
Abroad:
The buyer must perform this operation. Two options are available to you:
Scan the QR code.
Enter the Moustache Code number, in your space to add the bike to the virtual garage.
What to do if I resell my bike?
Change the status of my bike to “For Sale”:
You can easily put your bike up for sale from your account and thus prove that you are indeed the owner. This feature allows transactions between individuals with complete confidence and helps maintain the value of Moustache bikes on the second-hand market ;-D
Transferring ownership to the buyer is a breeze! Log in to your virtual garage, click “transfer ownership” and the buyer will receive an email request. Once accepted, the bike will be automatically transferred.
With the digital ownership certificate, you invest in the security of your bike. Enjoy an extended warranty, a better chance of recovery in case of theft, and easy ownership transfer. So, protect your bike with this innovative certificate! ?✨
