The Lundi 27 is available with a 360Wh battery (frame not compatible with 540/600/800Wh). This one is perfectly suited for daily commutes, easy to carry thanks to its strap, and can be recharged in 2h*!

And thanks to the optional Powermore, you can go even further: a range that doesn't limit your freedom, but expands it.

The GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) corresponds to the maximum weight your bike can support, including the rider and luggage. This value is essential because it guarantees your safety on the road while preserving performance, proper functioning, and the longevity of the components.

At Moustache, we design each model with a specific, rigorously tested GVWR. Exceeding this limit can lead to premature wear, malfunctions, or unstable bike behavior. For this reason, any damage resulting from non-compliance with the GVWR may not be covered by the warranty.

To find this information for a specific bike:

1. Open the "Specifications" tab for the bike you are interested in.

2. Scroll down to the "Features" section: you will find the GVWR and the associated weight there.

How do I know whether to choose a Lundi 27 with belt or chain?

The choice mainly depends on the terrain of your journeys.

That's why the Lundi 27 is available in two transmission configurations to suit your needs!

- Shimano CUES 9 speeds: an ultra-durable and precise 9-speed derailleur transmission (Lundi 27 Chain), allowing you to have a gear range perfectly suited for cities with elevation.

- Gates ST belt: a belt drive transmission (Lundi 27 Belt) for ultra-low maintenance! You ride carefree without worrying about shifting gears. This transmission is perfectly suited for cities with low elevation. It is quieter and cleaner, offering a particularly simple and pleasant daily riding experience.

Since our brand launched in 2011, all our Moustache bikes have been designed, drawn, tested, and assembled in-house here in the Vosges. And it's not just a marketing claim; our bikes are created by cyclists for cyclists of all profiles, and that's immediately felt when you ride our bikes.

However, not all parts and components that make up our bikes are produced in our factory, and we must rely on specialized suppliers for the various components. This is notably the case for our hydroformed aluminum frames, the centerpiece of our bikes whose quality is essential, which have been manufactured for us in Taiwan by our historical partner for 10 years.

We thus receive our frames and the various components from our suppliers (such as Bosch motors from Germany, Brooks saddles from England, Supernova lights from Germany, etc.) in the Vosges, and then the final assembly of each bike is carried out by a single assembler here. Each year, we train new employees on our production lines and have already created dozens of jobs in a few years, which is one of our greatest prides.

We aspire to bring even more activity and added value locally to our factory in Thaon-Les-Vosges, which is why we are developing new specific production lines for the manufacture of parts such as wheels, for example.

What is the motor power of the Lundi 27 (2027)?

The Bosch Hub Line transmits up to 45Nm directly to the rear wheel, for a powerful boost comparable to the feel of a Performance Line.

Indeed, with 45 Nm of torque transmitted directly to the rear wheel, you will immediately feel the boost. From 25 km/h, the motor completely deactivates at the rear wheel, which reduces internal friction and power losses, allowing you to continue your journey with virtually no resistance.

What is the range for the Lundi 27 (Hub motor)?

The observed range generally varies between 60 and 70 km in realistic urban usage conditions. It can exceed 80 km depending on the level of assistance, terrain, temperature, and transported weight.

How to activate your digital ownership certificate?

In France:

Your store will register your bike on the national file. Then, your bike will automatically appear in your virtual garage as soon as you log in. Please note, for this to work, you must log in at least once using the same email address provided to the store during registration.

Abroad:

The buyer must perform this operation. Two options are available to you:

• Scan the QR code.
• Enter the Moustache Code number in your space to add the bike to the virtual garage.

What to do if I resell my bike?

Change my bike's status to “For Sale”:

You can easily put your bike up for sale from your account and thus prove that you are indeed the owner. This feature allows peer-to-peer transactions with complete confidence and helps maintain the value of Moustache bikes in the second-hand market ;-D

How to transfer ownership of your bike?

Transferring ownership to the buyer is child's play! Log in to your virtual garage, click on “transfer ownership” and the buyer will receive an email request. Once accepted, the bike will be automatically transferred.

Who is the Lundi 27 electric bike for?

The Lundi 27 is an urban electric bike designed for everyone who regularly travels in the city. Lighter, more intuitive, and more accessible, it is particularly suitable for those looking for a comfortable, easy-to-handle, and reassuring bike for commuting, shopping, taking children to school, enjoying the city differently, or combining multiple modes of transport; it is also ideal for a first experience with an electric bike.

Its Bosch Hub Line motor integrated into the rear wheel offers immediate and natural assistance, particularly suited to the frequent starts, stops, and accelerations of urban traffic. It is designed for riding on roads, cycle paths, paved greenways, and stabilized paths: its comfortable riding position, wide tires, and low-step frame allow for tackling road irregularities with confidence. However, it is not intended for mountain biking or technical terrain.

The warranty is limited to 5 years for the frame and 2 years for the bicycle components as well as the Bosch motor system, effective from the date of purchase.

For any warranty claim, please visit your authorized Moustache dealer with your purchase invoice. The dealer will perform an initial diagnosis and contact us if necessary. Normal wear and tear of certain parts (known as wear parts) is not covered by the warranty.
