The Professional Equality Index

The Professional Equality Index was designed as a simple and practical tool to advance gender equality within companies. It measures remuneration and situation gaps between women and men. The Index is composed of indicators that assess inequalities between women and men in companies, presented as a score out of 100.

As part of the 2026 declaration for the year 2025, Moustache achieves a score of 89/100.

The overall index is broken down by indicators as follows:

Gender pay gap: 39/40

Gap in the distribution of individual raises: 35/35

Number of employees who received a raise upon returning from maternity leave: 15/15

Parity among the 10 highest earners: 0/10

Our progression objectives:
