What is the Crash Replacement policy?
At Moustache, it is understood that unexpected events can happen, but total peace of mind is offered through the “Crash Replacement” policy. This policy provides coverage for certain Moustache components at preferential rates. Ride with peace of mind, and enjoy the journey !
Eligible components for the Crash Replacement policy:
- Moustache frame and fork: Warranty period (5 or 10 years)
- Wheel: 5 years
- Handlebar: 5 years
- Luggage rack: 5 years
- Mudguard: 5 years
Enjoy a 40% discount on the purchase price of the covered parts to keep riding with a smile!
What are the application conditions?
- Your bike must be registered in the virtual garage on the Moustache Bikes website.
- Labor and transportation costs are not covered by Moustache.
- Damage resulting from normal use (excluding competition and transportation) is not covered.
