How do I use the eBike Alarm function? Step 1
If the ConnectModule is not yet fitted to your bike, have it installed on your e-bike by a specialist dealer.
Step 2
Install the eBike Flow app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone, and subscribe to Flow+.
Step 3
Now you have access to the eBike Alarm premium service. Activate it and the eBike Lock function via the eBike Flow application*. And there you have it!
*Note that only the e-bike registered with the Flow application and connected most recently is protected by Flow+ and eBike Alarm.
