1 – Identity of the data controller
The data controller is the company Moustache Bikes/SAS CYCLE ME, which has its registered office at Zone INOVA, 5 Allée 2 – 5, Rue du Ruisseau – 88150 Thaon-les-Vosges, France, and whose legal representative is Olivier CANTET in his capacity as Director.
2 – Purposes of the processing
Moustache Bikes may process your Personal Information:
(a) for the purpose of providing you with the information or services you have requested (in particular: sending the newsletter); and/or
(b) for the purpose of managing your warranty claims following the registration of your bicycle on our Website; and/or
(c) for the purpose of collecting information that allows us to improve our Website, and our products and services (in particular by means of cookies)
3 – Recipients
Moustache Bikes is the only recipient of your Personal Information. Whether in individual or aggregated form, this is never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors of which Moustache Bikes makes use (you will find more information about these in point 7 below). Neither Moustache Bikes nor any of its subcontractors sells the Personal Data of visitors to and users of its Website.
4 – Retention period
Your Personal Information is held by Moustache Bikes only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in point 2 above, which may not in any case exceed 60 months, i.e., the warranty period for our bicycle frames.

However, due to the obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of Personal Data incumbent on Moustache Bikes, you are informed that your request will be processed on the condition that you provide proof of identity, in particular by producing a scan of a valid ID card (if your request is submitted via our dedicated electronic form) or a signed photocopy of a valid ID card (if your request is submitted in writing).
Moustache Bikes informs you that it will be entitled to oppose any manifestly unreasonable enquiries (by their number, or their repetitive or systematic nature).

6 – Response times
Moustache Bikes undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification, opposition or any other request for additional information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed one month from the receipt of your request.
7 – Authorised service providers and transfer to a non-European Union country
Moustache Bikes informs you that it uses its authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and communicate the data collected through the various forms on the Website.
Messages are sent via the BREVO service of EIFFEL 65, 106 BD HAUSSMANN 75008 PARIS 8, FRANCE. Your e-mail address, surname and first name as well as the other data you have optionally indicated are registered on the BREVO servers in Vitry-sur-Seine, Ile-de-France, FRANCE. The data stored in the Cloud is on Google Cloud in Belgium. All data is replicated three times in at least two different geographical areas. BREVO uses this information on our behalf to send and evaluate newsletters.
For the analysis of our Website, we use Google Analytics, an online analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google uses servers located in the USA for this purpose.
The EU Commission has certified in an adequacy finding, the EU-US Privacy Shield, that the level of data protection of the aforementioned countries is identical to that of the EU.
Moustache Bikes has previously ensured the implementation by its providers of adequate guarantees and compliance with strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, usage and data protection. In particular, vigilance has focused on the existence of a legal basis for any transfer of data to a third country. As such, one of our service providers is subject to internal company rules (or “Binding Corporate Rules”) which were approved by the CNIL in 2016, while the others comply not only with Standard Contractual Clauses but also with the Privacy Shield.
8 – Complaint to the competent authority
If you consider that Moustache Bikes does not comply with its obligations regarding your Personal Information, you may submit a complaint or request to the competent authority.
